2. Account Registration & Security
To register on the 2999 bat platform, you must be at least 21 years of age and a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh. All information provided at registration — including your name, address, phone number, and banking details — must be accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure, and any funds held in that account may be forfeited. Each user may only hold one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts. It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials, password, and security codes confidential.
If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact the 2999 bat support team immediately. To keep your account secure, change your password regularly and keep two-factor authentication enabled. As part of the account verification (KYC) process, we may request a government-issued ID — this is essential for security and regulatory compliance.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.
4. Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information
All transactions on the 2999 bat platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). Minimum and maximum limits apply to both deposits and withdrawals, and these are clearly stated in the payment section of the platform. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours, though additional verification may extend this timeframe. Deposits must be made from a bank account or mobile banking service (such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) registered in your own name — payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.
